Preparing an Umrah group involves both personal belongings and shared supplies. An inventory compiled early helps coordinators see what is ready, who is responsible, and which items still need attention.
Keep separate records for pilgrims' suitcases, accompanying bags, and shared equipment. For items handled collectively, record the owner, number of packages, packaging features, and handover point. Use consistent identification numbers on both the inventory and the labels.
Check the inventory again when belongings are collected and handed over to the next team. Resolve any differences in quantity or condition in the records before the group moves to another location.
An inventory is a coordination tool, not a substitute for travel requirements. Pilgrims should still confirm baggage and carry-on requirements directly with their travel organizer and carrier before departure.
